Single Family Home In Spain

This single family home was designed during my work practices period at BC Architects. This house is located in Bétera, a town close to Valencia (Spain) and it consists of basement, ground floor and first floor, according to the specifications received from client.

In order to design it, we have focused on pool because its purpose was to connect the outer and inner zone of house so that in summer it was the same easy-to-use.

The housing development was carried out from start to finish by that office what includes - the actual design of the house, development of plans and technical reports and management of the construction process, taking into account expenses, materials, time limits, quality management and control of safety and health in the workplace.
