This single family home was developed during my work practices period with BC Architects. It is a house located in Picanya, a town close to Valencia (Spain). It is another significant example of the work carried out in this office, working with magnificent professionals in the world of architecture.

The most important point of this house is its low floor area, it was a great job of design to obtain customer´s requierments.
